What is the minimum age?
Drivers must be at least 21 and hold a valid driving licence and ID/passport.
Is there a deposit?
No. We don’t take a deposit or block any amount on your card.
Can I cancel?
Yes, cancellation is free up to 72 hours before pick-up. Online payments are fully refunded.
Can I pay on arrival?
Yes. Pay online or at pick-up. If you pay at pick-up, your card is saved only as a guarantee — nothing is charged when you book.
Where can I pick up the car?
At São Tomé International Airport, your hotel, or any address on São Tomé island. We do not operate on Príncipe yet.
What are the opening hours?
Pick-ups and returns 8am–10pm. Outside these hours there is a €35 fee per handover (max. 2) — free during our offer until 25 December.
Is mileage limited?
No, mileage is unlimited.
Can I book for tomorrow?
Online bookings need at least 24h notice. For sooner, call or WhatsApp us — we’ll confirm availability right away.
Do you offer a driver or guide?
Yes, you can add a driver/guide for €100 per day.
